President/Founder
Oscar is originally from Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico. He studied architecture in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to San Antonio where he later opened Oscar E. Flores Design Studio (OFDS) in 2007. Oscar and his team are setting new design trends that include international and major metro preferences. Although Oscar favors modern design styles, he masters all traditional styles as well.
LUIS CARLOS ITUARTE
Designer
Carlos joined OFDS in 2017, initially helping from Mexico and later working in San Antonio. Carlos has more than 15 years of experience in residential development and a variety of other projects in residential and commercial design in Mexico. Carlos contributes an international perspective to the team for which OFDS is recognized.
JUAN F. ARREOLA
Designer
Drawing has always been a huge part of Juan Fernando’s life, it is his attention and focus to detail that led him to study art and design. Each project assigned to him at OFDS, he personally executes with great care and meticulous attention to every design element creating an exceptional finished product for each client.
JOHN EVERETT
Designer
John studied architectural design in Monterrey Mexico. He has always been fascinated with architecture, specially contemporary and modern styles. At OFDS, he has the opportunity to work with those types of designs which is what makes OFDS standout among others.

MAYELA S. FLORES
Office Manager
Mayela graduated from UTSA with a BBA in Information Systems and worked in the information technology industry for over 15 years. She has always enjoyed art and design and now has the opportunity to use her business and technical skills in an industry she has always admired. Mayela provides OFDS with billing, HR and administrative support.
